Refund policy

I want you to be completely happy with your order, so if for any reason you need to return an order, please contact me within 14 days of receipt.

​Orders must be returned within 28 days of receipt.  Items must be returned unused and in the same condition you received them.  I recommend that any returns should be sent to me via recorded delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.  

​The cost of return is to be covered by the customer.  I will process any refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

​Custom art commissions are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

 

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS

In the event that any items you have purchased are damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible.  I will try to rectify the problem either by offering an exchange or by refunding the full cost of the item.  In both instances, I will cover the cost of any postal charges.
